Check-out Time Please check out promptly by 11 a.m. so the property may be readied for the next guest. We ask that you leave the property neat and orderly. Please:
Remove all food from refrigeratorClean dishes and cooking utensils and properly store them
Make the BedsLeave furniture arranged as you found itCheck all drawers and closets for personal items
Close all windows and lock the doorsReturn the keys promptly to our office
We are not responsible for any items left in the property or for theft. Guests are responsible for the property until all keys are returned.
Cancellations Upon cancellation for any reason by tenant, monies will be refunded, less a 15% service fee, but only if the subject premises are rerented for the rental term.
Rentals From Saturday to Saturday. Weekend and daily rentals are also available.
Rental Properties Each property is privately owned and reflects the owner's personal tastes and requirements. If you have a specific requirement, we advise you to tour the rental property prior to making your reservation as we will be unable to make substitutions or refunds upon your arrival.
Rental Brochure Eastern Shore Property Management is not responsible for any printing errors. Many new properties are added to our rental program after the brochure is printed. Please call for details.
Damages Guest is financially responsible for damage to accommodations during his occupancy.
Lock-out Charge There will be a $30.00 fee for lockouts during the hours the office is closed, payable when the Guest is admitted to the property.
Seasonal Rentals In addition to our weekly rentals, we also handle seasonal rentals. Our seasonal rentals usually rent from May until September. Contact our office to preview these properties. We also offer winter rentals at low, off-season rates.
Things to Bring Bring your own linens, towels, paper products and soap.
Kitchens All kitchens are furnished with dishes, flatware, glasses, pots and pans.
Cable TV & Television Not all properties have cable hook-up for TV. When a television is provided in a property, it is by courtesy of the owner. Repair or replacement cannot be guaranteed.
Telephones Most of our properties offer a phone which enables the caller to make local calls and long distance calls either collect or by use of telephone company calling cards, third party calling or credit cards.
Charcoal Grills No charcoal grills are allowed in any buildings or on decks, balconies, etc. unless otherwise stated.
Identification Owner and Eastern Shore Property Management and Rental Services shall not be liable for any damages or injury to Tenant, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the premises or any part thereof, unless such damage is the proximate result of the negligence or unlawful act of Owner, his agents, or his employees. Tenant agrees to hold Owner and Eastern Shore Property Management and Rental Services harmless from any claims for damages, no matter how caused, except for injury which Owner and Eastern Shore Property Management are legally responsible.
Agency Relationship Eastern Shore Property Management and Rental Services (Agent) has an Agency relationship with Owners of properties in our rental program. The Agent has been hired and paid by the Owners for services rendered. In all negotiations regarding these properties, the Agent will be representing the best interests of the Owner.
