Sandy Pines is perched on a sloping bluff overlooking Harris Creek, the Choptank River, and the entrance to the Chesapeake Bay. It has a private, in-ground pool, sun deck and patio overlooking the water and 100 foot dock. You couldn't get closer to the water than this! A sandy beach for the children to play on and to launch the kayaks and canoes from.

Every Summer crabbing on the dock has been the main event for the children. Dad and the rest of the adults usually hang out at the pool or on the deck flipping burgers on the grill. Mom resides on the sun porch in the air conditioning with a good book while waiting on the demands of the family.

Sandy Pines features a large, open floor plan: living, dining and kitchen area and a glassed in sun porch overlooking the waterfront pool and dock are all interconnected. The home has a master suite with a queen and full bath, two other bedrooms on the same floor, each with a queen. (2nd full bath in hall). Downstairs on the ground level, is a 20' x 20' bedroom with full bath. A queen bed and two twins, this large dorm type bedroom is ideal to sleep a gaggle of kids. So as not to disturb the adults upstairs the kids can exit the lower level out the sliding glass doors to the pool and dock early in the morning to take a dip or work down the crab population.

Conveniently located between St. Michael's and Tilghman Island, trips to town are 10 minutes away. Enjoy golfing, boating, sailing, antiquing and gourmet seafood restaurants. Or fish for striped bass and catch your own crabs from the crab pot provided at the dock and spend the summer evenings having your own seafood feast! We like to say Maryland's Eastern Shore - There is as much to do as you want or as little to do as you want.
